The PDCS emphasizes on efficient and effective
programmable devices and its based realizations of digital circuits
and systems, and provides a central forum for scientists, researchers,
engineers and vendors from different disciplines to exchange ideas,
identify problems, investigate relevant issues, share common interests,
explore new approaches, and initiate possible collaborative research
and system development. The PDCS
journal significantly benefits a wide variety of academic
and industrial sectors.

While the
emphasis is on the publication of original research papers, position
papers expressing stimulating viewpoints and philosophies, survey
papers, and bibliographies are also published. Submitted papers are
evaluated by the editors and those judged as presenting potentially
significant research contributions within the scope of the journal
are formally reviewed. Suitability for publication is based on
relevance to the overall PDCS goals, originality,
technical quality, importance, scientific contribution, and
readability.
