Improved Performance of Neural Generalized Predictive Control

Abstract:

The central theme of this paper is to delineate a few new methods which are computationally simple and efficient, to improve the usefulness of Neural Generalized Predictive Control (NGPC) algorithm further using nominal linear models. An improved performance from NGPC through Smaller Prediction Horizon (SPH) with modified performance is presented. The simulation results shows that there is further improvement in performance of NGPC algorithm by these modifications.
