 Abstract: The precise object tracking is an essential issue in several applications such as; robot vision, automated surveillance (civil and military), inspection, biomedical image analysis, video coding, motion segmentation, human-machine interface, visualization, medical imaging, traffic systems, satellite imaging etc. This framework focuses on the precise object tracking under deformation such as scaling, rotation, noise, inlay, outlay, bullring and change of illumination. This research is a trial to solve these serious problems in object tracking.
