Important Tools
Important Review Notes:
Due to our accumulated experiences we advice our respected authors to follow the following rules to elevate the rank of their academic contribution. Generally ICGST articles are open access publications so our authors are asked to improve the quality of their paper as far as they can.
Apply, please the standard style precisely
-
Improve, please, the survey of the related works and compare your academic contribution with them even theoretically
-
Define, please, all acronyms, abbreviations, variables and symbols even if they are well known
-
Avoid pointing to the figures and tables with the following or the preceding because we may change the location of them. The citation of the figures and tables should be enumerated.
-
Improve, please, the technical language of your article.
-
Improve, please, the quality of all figures and charts
-
The figures can be included or separate submitted in standard eps 600 DPI graphic format.
-
All figures should be tight placed in the word files. The floating figures lead a lot of problems
-
-
-
Add the organization of your paper at the end of the introduction
-
Add the biographies with clear photos to the tail of your paper
-
Use the complete words figure and equation instead of Fig. and Equ.
-
Please, don't insert the equations as images. You should write the equations using professional equation editor
-
Enumerate all sections, subsections, figures, tables and equations precisely
-
All enumerations of figures, tables, sections, references etc. should be sequential Arabic 1, 2, 3,.... enumerations
-
Arrange the references according to their citation or alphabetic
-
Please, avoid too dark figures and black backgrounds.
-
Draw the flow diagram of your proposed solution, if possible
-
All comparative studies should be objective/subjective
-
Submit the original word or LaTex source especially when you submit the final version
-
The copyright form should be included in the submission package
AIML-11 publishing Cycle:
The first step is to submit your valuable research article
-
The reviewers decide the preliminary status of your article to be published/rejected
-
For the rejected paper there are no more steps to be done and generally the reviewers don't add comments on the rejected article
-
The successful papers receive a request of payment. During this stage the paper will be activated to the reviewers and kept hidden to the author
-
After the receipt of the fee the editor in chief summarizes the referee's notes and activates the paper with the review to the author. An electronic notification will be sent to your email registered in your AMC account. This makes the paper visible to the author and hidden to the reviewers
-
After that the author should apply the referee's notes and submit the original final word/LaTex manuscript of the article but submitting a reply report via email to the E-i-C is optional
-
Once the author submits the final version the E-i-C publishes the paper online
-
The last step is to prepare your presentation, power point slides
Best Regards, ICGST Team |
