Self-Calibration Using a Planar Scene and Parallelogram A. Saaidi, A. Halli, H. Tairi and K. Satori LIIAN, Department of Mathematics and informatics Faculty of Sciences Dhar-Mahraz P.O.Box 1796 Atlas-Fes, Morocco Abstract In this article, we are interested in the utilization of an unknown planar scene for the CCD camera self-calibration having a constant focal distance. The originality of our method resides in the matching utilization in three images to estimate all matrixes of a parallelogram projection that are exploited with homographies between images to estimate the camera intrinsic parameters. The experimental results show the robustness of our algorithms, in term of stability and convergence. Keywords: Self-Calibration, homography, parallelogram, non-linear optimization.
