Title: Matrix Converter Fed Induction Motor Drive Using Indirect Space Vector Modulation Technique

Abstract: This paper presents a double-sided modulation strategy for matrix converters based upon an indirect conversion scheme which models the Matrix Converter (MC) as two independent stages performing rectification and inversion. The performance evaluation of 3F to 3F matrix converter using indirect space vector modulation (ISVM) algorithm is implemented for the Induction Motor drive. The simulation results are presented which validates the modulation technique and operation of Matrix Converter (MC).
