Abstract: Data is an essential asset for any organization, in order to maximize the investment in this asset a high level of quality should be maintained. Data quality includes accuracy, completeness, relevancy, timeliness …etc. Completeness is an important attribute of data quality and it can be measured in an objective way as many data quality models referred. Completeness of data is measured here using mathematical equations and then a data mining model based on neural networks is proposed to measure data completeness.
