Abstract: Mobile agents can significantly improve the design and the development of Internet applications. Mobile agents have characteristics of autonomy and adaptability to open and distributed environments. This paper proposes mobile agents framework. This framework presents a mobile agent system design based on metadata representation .we introduce the advantages of mobile agents in implementing web services, which have all characteristics of distrusted systems.
