Abstract: Our article is based by the application of the least square for do the comparison between pathologic image & normal image of MRI and applied the statistic analyzes of Student & Fisher for linear & non linear model(exponential equation) with Matlab 7.0 logicial. At last do the comparison between the twice techniques.
