| Abstract: | In this paper, we have interested by applied the Statistical studying of T¬¬¬-student, F-fisher and Z-test with MRI image. The machine translate our image (protocol) to ".jpg" extension, Then we filter this image by the convolution with gauss expression to obtain a new image with noise which is gauss blur filter ( for sigma=3),then start our statistical analysis with linear model by applying the method of least squares for techniques :(t-student , f-fisher and z-test), then compare these techniques with their table for alpha = 0.05. At last extract the place of disease on the image.
